First Saturday in December
Bethlehem Express is a our largest community event of the year. As part of the Arli-Dazzle festivities held in December each year, St. Paul's Lutheran Church is transformed into a train depot where the Bethlehem Express takes passengers on an imaginary journey to Bethlehem.
When visitors arrive at the church they enter the Depot and receive a free ticket to board the "train." A conductor then guides groups of "passengers" from stop to stop throughout the church. First stop is Carol City, where passengers enjoy listening to Christmas carols sung by St. Paul's choir. Then passengers will travel on the Path to the Star and receive a gift before heading to Munchiland where passengers enjoy a tasty treat and refreshments. And finally, the train reaches its destination: Bethlehem. At this stop visitors will see a shadow play telling the real story of Christmas
We welcome new passengers as well as those who are returning from previous years. We hope you join us for this memorable experience. Come see what's new this year. Fun for the entire family!
"Trains" departing at: 11:00 & 11:30 AM, 12:00, 12:30, 1:00, 1:30, 2:00, & 2:30 PM!
