Strack Family Benefit: A spaghetti dinner for the Stack family on February 19th from 11:00-2:00 at St. Paul's School. Free-will gift for the dinner and silent auction.
Basketball Season: We are off to Redwood Falls this Saturday. The games are at St. John’s School(Turn left at Dairy Queen in town and go until you see the school on the outskirt of town). We are working to get pictures of the season on the website ASAP. February 4th the Ateam starts at 9:00 and Bteam 11:00 at MVL High
K-8 Sing in Church this Sunday: PreK-8th graders sing in church this Sunday. We need all voices to praise the Lord each time we sing. Your report cards show your church attendance. Look to see how often you worship.
Kids for Christ Meeting: Our next KFC meeting is Thursday, February 2, from 3:30-5:00pm. Please note there is also a home basketball game that day, but we will continue to meet in the library for our February meeting. All kindergarten through fifth graders are welcome to attend this fun after-school group. Extra registration forms are available from your classroom teacher.
LES Week: Save the dates: Lutheran Elementary School week will be celebrated March 4-11. There are many activities for our families happening that week: Grandparents’ Day, Parents’ Day, Field Trip, Art Fair, and our school meal on Sunday. Look for more information to be coming out soon! Each child needs to make an art project for that week.

It is the middle of January and the frigid winter weather is upon us. Please make sure your children have proper winter clothes. Also practice healthy habits so sicknesses don’t spread. Please remember to keep you child at home if they are ill.
